French: 'les Parents' / 'Si formula', svp?

I know this isn't the answer (I was going to try but I just can't think!) but if you do have questions like this try going on the www.wordreference.com forum...it's AMAZING and you are guaranteed to get the right answer from someone (usually more than one person. And it's also really good as a dictionary. :)
