Why is there no conditional in this French sentence?

My book uses as an example sentence "Je ne sortirai pas avec toi si tu ne changes pas de vetements." I don't understand why changer is conjugated as changes. I would be think it'd be written in the conditional as changerais, not in present. What am I missing?
