Will this diet help me lose weight? :)?

You need to eat well balanced meals to be healthy and lose weight...if you are not eating enough your body will think you are starving it and will store all your fat which you don't want. Right now you are at the top of a healthy weight which is where I was and I understand about wanting to be slimmer and in better shape. good job on keeping active and walking and running will help tone your legs and burn fat but you should add some crunches in there too start off small and work your way up on those to build muscle in your stomach. You should have another meal in this as well! make sure you are eating at least 4 to 6 servings of fruits, 4 to 6 servings of veggies, 4 servings of whole grains, 3 servings of low/nonfat dairy, 2 to 3 servings of lean protein. Eat some fresh fruits with your breakfast, oatmeal is good and an egg every now and then or even making an omlette with some veggies and a little low fat cheese would be great for breakfast you can even have some whole grain bread...give your body lots of energy to start off the day! then for lunch have a salad, more fruit, maybe a half a sandwich or some yogurt, dinner sounds ok but mix it up some too. and then keep up the fruits or veggies in the evening and maybe even add a fruit in the late morning! Good job on drinking water and remember that it takes time while your body builds muscle before you see the difference and muscle weighs more than fat so if you only lose 15 pounds but like the way you look then keep it right there!
