Trying to sell home but live near railroad tracks, HELP!!!?

My mother and I are trying to sell our home. It's in a very nice neighborhood that has 3 separate ponds, the schools are absolutely wonderful and we are very close to restaurants, the interstate, and other entertainment. Our house is somewhat up grated with designer wall colors, hardwood and tile in the kitchen, hall, and bathrooms, new carpet in the bedrooms, a HUGE backyard. The problem is we are very close to the rail road, within 200 yards, I have lived here for almost 18 years so I don't notice it anymore but I know it will be a huge turnoff to buyers. Any tips?
