I want to buy a digital camera which has optical zoom during video recording in the range of Rs.8000-9000?

I checked on the websites of sony and nikon, i could locate SonyW570B which costs Rs. 11000 and nikon S3100 and S5100 which are in range of Rs.7000-8000 but I am not sure if it has an optical zoom feature during Video Recording. Pls suggest me some cameras of brands sony, nikon or canon which has atleast 12 MP and optical zoom during video recording and ranging between Rs.7000-8000
