I'm bisexual,should I te my friend I like her?

I'm 12 years old and I'm going on a camping trip with my family and Best Friend,and I think my friend is either bisexual,or a lesbian(I think?)...Well I'm going to take her to the nature trail,and tell her I like her ALOT! But I'm scared so im thinking of saying this:Amber,Je suis en amour avec vous(it means Amber,I'm in love with you in French) and tell her she'll find out what it means soon,then later kiss her on the lips...tell me what you think,please! I don't know if I should say this or not,so you tell me if I should!(: Thank You!!:D
