How much shdi pay my gardener to dig holes for planting trees in Pune? about 60 holes 2 feet wide to be dug?

i am starting the landscaping at my plot in Pune this month, and the contractor wants Rs.150 per hole just for digging about 60 holes sized 2 feet by 2 feet all along the boundary walls. Does this sound reasonable?
